Rediscovering 'Your True Self' in the Career Workshop

In the second half, we conducted a workshop using the RIASEC (vocational interest) theory. Participants engaged in quizzes, group discussions, and introspective exercises to pinpoint their strengths and passions—key elements for shaping one's dream job and career plan.

Inspiration Session with Eddy and Kent

The second half of our event showcased the insights of two industry professionals—Eddy and Kent—who have contributed to major projects at U.S. theme parks, including development work for Tokyo DisneySea's Fantasy Springs and new initiatives at USJ. Through their experiences in global entertainment, we learned how to forge our own career paths and challenge ourselves with fresh ideas.

The event drew Gen Z students from students living within Kansai, who shared comments like, 'Hearing real-life experiences with an international perspective was so motivating,' and 'It made me rethink my dreams and career choices!' The energy in the Innovators' Club room was electric, filled with future leaders inspired by firsthand stories of success and creativity.
